One of our goals as a company is to bring redevelopment, job opportunities and capital investments to all areas. ELM supports Brownfield redevelopment programs as vital tools to empower distressed areas, build sustainable communities and promote long-term economic development and growth.

ELM professionals have extensive experience in private and public contract execution. Our professionals’ clients have included municipalities, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Fortune 500 corporations, and small and medium sized industrial and commercial businesses as well as property owners. We are experienced in writing successful grant applications and proposals, including Site Reclamation Fund grants.
